The company was founded by Ivor Novello Award winning songwriter and producer Wayne Bickerton in 1999 and in 2017 it was purchased by Intervox Production Music following the passing of Wayne Bickerton. Since then, the company has invested and grown alongside its core writing team of 25 composers.
